Add default Cordova plugins on generation

When a user runs the command ionic start the process will automatically add these Cordova plugins

• org.apache.cordova.device
• org.apache.cordova.console
• org.apache.cordova.statusbar

This is done on this line.

They're using exec() to run a few cordova plugin add commands.

I would rather do this more programatically. I did some research and found generator-cordova which depends on the cordova npm package. They then use it to add a plugin as shown on this line

I created a skeleton project 4 months ago with this exact idea but didn't make time to start working on it so I didn't want to add an empty package to the registry...

Got to work two nights ago and was going to publish a beta release but it looks like you've already registered your pre-alpha generator under generator-ionic.

I've published mine under a different name, but feel free to take a look and let me know if you would like to combine our efforts!

sub-generator: Emulate

When typing yo ionic:emulate platform should dispatch to Cordova to emulate the current app.

Prompt with list of initial platforms the user can select from

Try to get this list from the cordova cli so that we don't have to maintain it.
