c++17 support

most real code/compiler may no supports c++20, can use your tool to generate boost_unordered to support c++17 version?

The checks for `_MSC_VER` and `__clang__` in `minconfig.hpp` should probably be reversed

Clang-cl also defines _MSC_VER, and the "original" Boost.Config only defines BOOST_MSVC when the compiler is really MSVC, and not a pretender (such as clang-cl.)

A few questions

This is a very interesting project that I would like to exploit given that the goal is exactly something of interest. However, I have a few questions.

How do you plan to maintain the code wrt changes to the underlying boost source code.

Do you plan to add support for the "concurrent" versions of the map/sets? These seem extremely useful and curious why you left them out - perhaps they dependencies that make them unsuitable for stand alone usage.
