Ajustment in video list

Hi,

can you decrease a little the size of the font that are affected to the filename of the video (i think it's a font30 or more).

Can you also add other view modes than list and icones ?

[FeatureRequest] Synchronise the EPG-menus (channel and Full-EPG)

Please synchronise the EPG-menus for channel-EPG and Full-EPG
There are some entries missing in channel-EPG, like:

• "Search similar" ("Nach ähnlichem suchen" in ger)
  This is useful, if you have a program you want to watch, but not now and you are searching for a rerun of it on another channel. Then you don't have to switch to Full-EPG, search the channel and the program and select "search similar"
• "Add timer" ("Timer hinzufügen" in ger)
  With this, you can select "Series recording", when a TV-Show is aired on a channel and you want to record it every week at the same time.

I don't know if this all is possible with the skin, or this has to be done in kodi itself, but I wanted it to be mentioned ;)

Subtitles

Since separation of Audio and Subtitles settings i can't go to subtitles settings anymore in LiveTV.
With your latest changes it works for Movies etc but still not in LiveTV.

Widget not marking as watched.

When I watch a show from a widget it doesn't get marked as watched. However when I watch it from the same addon location it gets marked as watched.

No display on Asian characters?

2nd Widget Row

Hey Mike, I have a couple custom widgets that I am using for unwatched PPV's (playlists). I have it working fine as far as the widgets themselves. The problem I am having is this: Say there are 2 items appearing in each row of widgets, I watch the 2 items in the bottom row of widgets, the widget will then not show until I add new items that are unwatched. I love this, the issue is if I do that and the bottom row isn't showing, I am not able to navigate up to the top row of widgets. I can go only up to the search icon and no farther..

Unsuitable texts for widget backgrounds

1. Text "Clear" for individual widget background:
(file: Variables_Widgets.xml, lines: 108, 119)
Text 386 is used for wheater, localized text 386 is not suitable for this purpose (background). Please, use new text, eg. 31762

2. Text "Clear" for global widget background:
(file: Variables_Widgets.xml, Line: 161)
(file: Includes_Select.xml, line: 721)
Text 192 (I dont know why is different from individual background) is used as a werb, localized text 192 is not suitable for this purpose (background). Please, use other (same as individual background), eg. 31762.

Switching to source folder from submenu item in main menu doesn't work anymore in Kodi-18

I saw this issue mentioned multiple times on the forum but no real solution except for workaround that I will mention further. In kodi-17 your could choose a video source folder as a submenu item in the main menu, clicking on it would bring you to this folder, listing it's content. Unfortunately it doesn't work the same way on Kodi-18. If you click on submenu, you get the list of multiple playlists having the same name (of the source folder) and have to click again on one of them to jump into the content. The workaround mentioned on the forum was to create a smart list and put it as a submenu item. Didn't try that, too complicated anyway compared with just referencing a source folder.

MPAA rating for NOT RATED is skipped/ left blank

I scrape with Mediaelch so not sure how other scrapers pull info, but IMDB movies with the MPAA cert. NOT RATED are left blank in the skin. To fix this I had to edit the Variables.xml to add a line after #851 to state:

Custom option Trailers

Hi,

Just wondering if would possible to add custom Trailers option on home menu which is activated by ActivateWindow(1120)
I currently using modded skin bello 6 but this Trailers option is brilliant and uses Extended Mod Info for information.

I can support if needed.

Unwatched Movie Widget

Hey Mike, not sure if this is a skin issue or skin helper service issue or combo of both.

Test on:
Kodi 18beta5 on Android running TV OS, (like shields run, not phone/tablet version).
Kodi 18beta5 on Windows 10

All the widgets seem to work just fine except for this one : Unwatched Movies.

The widget works, but if you choose the "sort by>date added option" (doesn't matter if you choose Default, Ascending or Descending). It always shows the items in alphabetical order.

If this isn't a skin issue, let me know and point me somewhere else.

For Architecture label: correct text id should be 608
For Version label: correct text id should be 607

Support for sub-title in EPG

In imported EPG in TVheadend it looks like this

View and action for Custom video plugin widget

Hey man, I'll keep it short; how can I set the action for items on a custom widget ? Right now when pressing ok it just take me to the library, what can I do so that it always shows info from extended info, just like from the default plugin ?

Icons missing in "slim list" view

Icons for add-ons are missing when in slim list view not sure if this is intentional or not.

RSS Feeds

Running on android 7.1.2 and Kodi v18 Beta5. The RSS is not working in the Github version as of 11-10-18. I can change to Estuary and it works fine.

Everytime I enter a menu in the Reddit Viewer add-on, I set it to Icons view. But then when I enter into anything, it returns to Gallery view. I have tried disabling it from the possible views, but that doesn't work. When I enter the settings menu, it's still over Icons as if it's the default. Perhaps it has to do with the fact that I'm looking at images and gifs on the add-on?

I'm using version 6.0.2 silvo on Krypton. I'm using Reddit Viewer version 2.7.1.

Would be nice with a button to lookup IMDB info in EPG Guide.
Good if you want more information or if it's an foreign channel for example.

Cpu thrashing and gradual memory leak

Kodi 17 from debian sid

Started off with estuary skin but came from kodi 16 on aeon nox ...so installed vanilla nox ....had freezing problems but fine in estuary. ...found your build of nox works beautifully freezing gone .....but CPU sits at around 40% even when idle and over the space of a day or so eats nearly 80% ram after reboot goes back to a sensible 8% ram but creeps back up slowly ....doesn't happen in estuary on either cpu or ram ....using latest tvheadend on remote server and the kodi-pvr-hts from debian sid .....if you need logs I can supply them

How can I aling the widget in the main screen?

How can I align the widget on the main screen? I need to put a widget in the center, but I do not know how. And the same with the submenus, I need the submenus to be centered.

Square posters on widgets are empty

On Home, widgets with square posters are empty, the plug-in icon or tv icon is not showing. this happens on the two latest versions only. Normal Posters work fine.

Intro Video

Running Kodi v18-RC3 on android device with Android TV OS. Latest skin build from from here at github.

When I enable startup intro in the skin settings, then close and try to re-open kodi, it continually crashes.

My only option is to replace the userdata>addon_data>skin.aeon.nox.silvo directory with files from a backup to get Kodi to start again.

[FeatureRequest] Recording Icon in "TV-bar"

Add a recording Icon" to TV-bar (compact or normal)). I don't know the name of the xml actually.
Then you see, that this channel is recorded, when you press "Info". Atm you have to press "OK" to see the red circle in the middle of the recording button in the upper button row.
This is hard to see

I've recently installed Kodi 16.1 on an iPhone and iPad using Xcode and a .deb file. Are .deb files available for the Aeon Nox SiLVO build?

Was wondering if you could increase the volume bars color mix a little so the second color is seen a little more. My themes black on purple and the volume bars mostly black lol(around 80ish%)

Up next addon doesn't work as expected

This addon works well with other skins, but with Silvo has strange behavior.

When the episode is close to end the pop up with the countdown appers without problems. however, when I click "next" button to view the next episode, it starts well but the countdown stills there with the entire duration of the chapter.

It is posible to fix it?

Widgets loading issue

I have noticed that if you have widgets set on multiple pages it seems to only want to load one page at a time.
For instance I have 3 pages (TV Shows, Movies & YouTube), all 3 have widgets, also I have TV Shows as my startup page. I set my device to autostart Kodi so I normally switch it on then leave it for 5 mins to all load up thinking that that is enough time to load all 3 widgets. When I first look at Kodi I can see that the TV Shows widget has loaded up but when I navigate to the other pages I see that the widgets haven't loaded up yet and I need to wait about 10-20 seconds for it to load up.

Although this isn't a major issue it would be nice if this can be sorted.

I have noticed on a few other skins they have the option to load all widgets on one screen which worked great for me. When you navigated through the pages the widgets would slide up so they are the first row to view.
Another feature that other have is to limit widgets to 10 per row which seems to speed up the load time

Hard coded texts

some hardcoded texts prevent complete localization of the skin. Could you please check the attachment, correct this, and refresh source language file on transifex ?

Missing skin setting on Widgets

Option to "hide widgets when not focused" is missing, always there and can slow down function. Also the option for "global panel widget info" is missing. with a widget that has one picture, panel widget info is needed. please can you check and update this.

This picture is from kodi 17, kodi 18 with the newest updated Aeon Nox: silvo does not have the two bottom options you see in the image.

Language flags

Since latest changes i can't see Language flags in Subittle Download addon.
Worked perfectly before latest language changes.

Advanced Emulator Launcher

There're only "list" and "icon" views in advanced emulator launcher. I would have expected all of the usual lowlist etc. views to be there. It has support for a great deal of assets and some cool possibilities for skinners. Any chance for support for this? Particularly with Retroplayer merge coming soon this would be amazing.

Would be nice if channelnumber digits could be changed from 3 to 4 numbers in channel selection.
If you have satellite for example you often have a few tousand of channels.

Music fanart scaling

First off, thanks again for the best skin for Kodi!

I reported this issue on the forum awhile back, and i think you added a fix, but i got sidetracked by real life issues and never got into it. But i still seem to have this issue, on older artists with odd size pictures, they are scaled wrong.

Im using Kodi 16.3 and Silvo Nox 6.0.7 on a Nvidia Shield. Have the issue too tho on my Windows box.

Let me know what you need to troubleshoot this and im available to test out new git versions offcourse.

Poster art missing in list view

As of the 7.0.4 update the Poster art doesnt show up in List View anymore. Not sure if this was intentional or not but figured I would let you know.

Upnext addon does not function correctly

Libreelec 9.0.1/Kodi 18.1

Upnext addon appears as expected after first episode during playback but does not appear after second episode. Addon works as expected if using Estuary skin.

Additionally, after playback of second episode begins, the onscreen information does not appear correctly (press I on keyboard after playback begins).

Behavior returns to normal after playback is stopped and new watch session begins.

Tested and compared behaviors between Kodi 18.1 using Estuary for skin on Linux Mint machine and Libreelec 9.0.1 using Aeon Nox SiLVO skin on Raspberry Pi 3B+.

PVR Widget info panel - program title missing

Hi Mike If you look at the screenshot on the lower part of the screen under channel name there is a label: "31440" instead of programme title. Would you look into that please?

Feature Request: Load cdart clearlogo etc without scanning to library

It would be nice if the cdart.png, clearlogo.png, etc would load from the directory on music playback without having to have it scanned to the music library.

Hello Mike, OSD Menu Buttons/Icons not showing.

I'm Using a RPI 3, Latest Version of Silvo, and Kodi v.17.3.
When I am watching video content and press the "M" button to open the OSD menu, nothing shows up.
The placeholder pops up, but no icons to press. Also when I press "W" to mark a tv or movie in my Library as watched, isn't working either.
