download hang for long time

重复的一个现象是：
自动开始的下载，很可能过一分钟后，就变成等待中的状态��
�然后十几分钟也没有一
点流量。可是我如果停止这个下载（设置为停止状态），然��
�再重新开始，那很快
（30秒内）就下载完毕了。 
那是否能加一个机制，就是如果下载连接为“等待”状态，
超过一分钟，就停止该下载，2秒后，从新开始下载

无法定位程序输入点freeaddrinfo于动态链接库ws2_32.dll上

可能的修复方法
该问题一般出现在用VC编译的程序在XP和2003上可以正常运行，
2000下则报此错误，
解决方法比较简单，分两种情况，一种是对于VC6或者 
VC6升级到VC8的工程，修改编
译选项中的_WIN32_WINNT和WINVER为0x0500，另一种是直接用VC8创建��
�工
程，StdAfx.h 
里面已经有了这两个变量的定义，所以需要替换所有StdAfx.h文
件里面
_WIN32_WINNT和WINVER两个宏的变量，修改其值为 
0x0500，再编译即可解决！
