Allow users to set Retry Count and Time Values

Hi Devs

Great app, it works as specified on my phone.

This is more a suggestion, than an issue. The app would be even better if it allowed slightly more customization. For example, there is a feature named Allow Third Retry where a private number will be permitted if tries to call three times within 30 minutes. It would be great if the user could set the retry count and time values. E.g Allow a Second Retry within an Hour.

Hi,

I've previously installed this app and it was fantastic.
Unfortunately I am now in a country that does not have access to Google Play.

Are you able to provide a compiled .apk file as part of the GitHub release by any chance?

I would like to build the app myself, but do not have access to a device capable of running Android Studio.
