Only build Arc params if an Arc is plugged in

Right now, the library works fine if there’s no Arc plugged in, but it would be nice to have it only build out the Arcify params if there is one plugged in.

This would make it cleaner to proactively add it to user scripts, because it won’t effect the user experience at all.

Assign Arc params without enabling params menu

Create public methods to set and clear assignments directly via code. Decouple core functionality from Norns param system.

Change to an options table for initialization

Future changes are going to require expert and easy options, and it should be easy to override defaults without passing in 5+ parameters.

Add support for push button Arcs

Norns support arc buttons through `arc.key()‘.

There should be an option at initialization to support arc pushbuttons. If true, then that will be added to the shift key options in the params screen alongside key 2 and key 3.

Allow for arbitrary number of pages

Allow for an initialization option that lets users step through an arbitrary number of arc pages, so by tapping a key they could move through 4/8/12/16 etc different modes.

In the expert API, let script authors dynamically jump to different pages as needed.
