What mc version are you using? Spigot 1.10.2
What openaudio version are you using? (and is it an official build) 2.1 from official website.
Does you minecraft server say "socket.io connected" at some point. Yes check first question.

Do you get this message AFTERSTARTUP in console?

This error implies that your Minecraft-server did not login to our api server
(sorry that it took a while for me to awnser, stuff happend)

My audio.teamkog.com reply only on 80 network port. Maybe i can set it to 443 ?

Port 25565 is open for the minecraft to work.
