I'm Nathanaël Cherrier. I'm a full-time software engineer passionate about writing clean, beautiful and well-designed code. On my free time, I try to give back to open source by maintaining open source projects and contributing to others.

Handle data storage

Figure out and configure a data storage solution.

Write basic documentation

We should write some basic documentation to help people understand how to use Bot, modifiers and commands

Clever !so

Why not having a list of account to shoutout. Every time someone call !so it randomly shout out one account of the list.

If we do this kind of implementation, we must provide a way to "remove" someone from this list. Imagine if a user is !so an is ban from the chat. The !so command can possibly use this user again.

Bot should send a message to thanks user on sub and follow

We can setup unit test to improve code quality

Handle timer

The bot must implement a way to run timer at x interval

Potentially, this timer must resist at restrart. So we need to implement some data storage

Stop saying Hello everytime

Bot should stop saying Hello to everyone's message containing "hey", "hello".

It should say Hello only to people who say hello without mentioning other people:

Examples:

- "hi @maevatravelandfood" should not receive a response.
- "hey" or "hello @SanpeBot" should receive a response.

Allow user to define wasm file as command resolver

User can use their own language (Rust, Go) and compile it to wasm. It will be cool to support resolver that can use WASI to resolve command

Missing eslint configuration

Eslint configuration will enforce code style on project.

When this is done, this will allow to add Husky to enforce linting on commit
