Using this tool you can revive your Windows Phone 8/8.1. The tool will unlock your phone's Developer Mode and Interop capability. And you can able to sideload apps once again through App Deployer on PC.

Requirements

• Windows Phone (having unlocked bootloader)
• Windows 10 PC
• WPinternals

Instructions

1. Boot Windows Phone to Mass Storage Mode using WPinternals.
2. Run Xapload Unlocker and input your lumia mounted partition letter.
3. Press the ENTER key and wait for unlocking it.
4. Done!! Enjoy sideloading apps.
