Instance Segmentation on SAR images with Mask R-CNN

I choose the MSTAR dataset to implement the Mask R-CNN. Due to the limited amount of training data available, I adopted transfer learning from coco and data augmentation on the existing MSTAR dataset. The data and augmentatiuon code will be uploaded soon.
