Honestly, I am not sure if we are getting an answer, but however I can try, I do have this Open-Source.
its a fork of Reborn but improves over the original from LillieH1000. https://github.com/arichornlover/YouTube-Reborn-v5/tree/main-nightly

Also the YouTube Reborn tweak surprisingly has fast video downloading, that’s one of the pros in it I think is good.

also YouTube Reborn tweak also included Reorder Tabs but I got rid of due to thinking the implementation barely working. Even the create tab got completely removed and reordering just refuses to refresh or update the pivot bar.
