Serve front end through cloudflare and and serve the video without cloudflare

This project seems interesting. But i want to know if i can deploy the frontend with cloudflare and the backend directly from the server.
For example, if i have my emby on example.com, it will be proxied through cloudflare and the video uri or video location will be served without cloudflare. Is is possible ?
