I know each market specifies the program ids associated with that supported market in this package, but we should also export the latest canonical program id of the psyoptions program for each network. This canonical program id would need to be used by the initialize new market instructions.

PsyAmerican: add naming convention function

Export a function that takes in an OptionMarket and returns a string that is the name of the option.

E.g. OCT29-0.01BTC-100KUSDC-C, note this must factor in the SPL Mint's decimals
