Workshop update / merge?

Hey @PeerHerholz, I thought about merging the marburg workshop with the main nipy/workshop repo. What do you think?
Or do you prefer that we update everything for Frankfurt and only afterwards merge it with upstream? That's also ok with me. But if we merge now, others might be able to profit from it already.

Singularity and WS image

Hi there,
I just converted the 180528_frankfurt docker image in a singularity image.

Probem is now that when I run
singularity run -it --rm -p 8888:8888 WS_SING.img
the following error occures
ERROR: Unknown option: -it

any suggestions?

Notes from the Workshop in Frankfurt

Ideally, the structure of the workshop should be changed so that:

Day 1 & 2 is purely run via jupyter notebooks, i.e. using a conda environment.
Day 1 afternoon: we could introdcue docker etc. but should only use it for the 3rd day / Nipype session

@PeerHerholz - do you already have some updates on the slides for the docker and the data sharing session?
