Issue with relying on `uname -m` on macOS

@mjlaine I have to apologize, there was a thing I missed out in 238fb1e – while it points to correct includes, Makefile uses uname -m, and on PowerPC that reports Power Macintosh. So like this we do not arrive at Darwinppc or Darwinppc64 (which I picked by analogy to other archs). Why I missed this problem is that I added a local patch to support Rosetta build, which explicitly set the right arch bypassing uname.

Also uname -m will always have Power Macintosh, it ignores if a user wants to build for ppc or ppc64.
uname -p will give powerpc which is more sensible and does not have a space, but that does not solve ppc64 issue.

What could we do instead to make it work correctly?

P. S. On a side note, there is no aarch64 support at the moment, but that I can take care of, I guess.
