Clean up collapsed viewmodel data.

Output spec-compliant JSON

Provisions should be made for a user to save the JSON. Options we've considered so far:

• Save to a user account (would require the development of a server-side application)
• Email (would require the development of a server-side application, or finding a public API for sending mail)
• Download as file (would work great for desktop browsers but maybe not for mobile)
• Copy/paste
  • From on-screen textarea (simplest and most straightforward)
  • Via browser's clipboard API (better UX than manual copy/paste)

Sync state to localStorage

Should allow users to pick up where they left off if they leave the page (either accidentally or purposefully).

Fix title in panel header

There's no delete for steps, problems, etc.

Add a README.md file

Try making Enter add a new step

Serialize model information to spec-compliant JSON

Make new steps have expanded/collapsed state of previous step upon creation

Default field values don't adhere to spec

When no position is selected, it should default to "Provider Independent" in the output json.

Also, it would be nice if the Predecessor Relationship defaulted to "Normal".

Combine position inputs.

Make expand/collapse work

• Clicking a panel heading should change the chevron-down icon to a chevron-right icon and hide the body of the panel
• The expand all and collapse all buttons should affect all panels and sub-panels
