`Thumbs up` is broken

Seems to be the only one:

Should be replaced with: https://github.com/microsoft/fluentui-emoji/blob/main/assets/Thumbs%20up/Default/Color/thumbs_up_color_default.svg

All the emojis have MIT license , so can I use then for my own website ? If yes then what conditions should I satisfy to use these emojis
Can i use them for both personal/commercial use?

50 MB CDN limit

Looks like some emojis are not served because the package passed the 50MB size limit:

I can see you already have scripts for optimizing them and indeed the ones served look optimized. How else could be the CDN limit issue fixed?
