NXDOMAIN names

Test the whole setup against non existent names. So far only existing names were used for easier cache setup.

Header distribution

When reading message using iterative method. Header information is corrupted

Reading bottleneck

During testing it was discovered that the way retriever_thread's feed bits to bin_to_file causes bottleneck. This bottleneck gets worse with bigger number of threads.

Potential cause is the loop in which each thread waits until bit with his index is needed.

Double free or corruption

This error happens at the end of runtime after everything was done so i guess its fine for now.

OSX

Shit aint working on OS X. But thats fine for now

Implement option to encrypt message

Pipeline

Rework the wayt that pre/post processing pipe is created. It static and not very modular
