Ask Nick to load all the data into the statistical working system
The data under the folder tests/data should be loaded and callable by the GetTableData function
Remove hard coding in the preEstimationProcessing function
Request location of the final trade data from Nick
Expand food group and region classification
Currently the food group and region classification was designated under the old classification system (fao country codes and fcl item codes) which created missing value when working in the new classification (M49 country codes and CPC item codes).
The codes need to be expanded in order to accommodate the new classification.
Convert get** functions from reading csv file to calling API
Convert the functions when Nick Connel has set up and configured the data as mentioned in Issue #1
