I work for Strava as a senior software engineer.

Here are some of my most interesting open source projects on GitHub:

• 🛠️ My dotfiles are public and I've put a lot of effort into making them work well for me. Maybe there are some tricks in there that would work well for you too!
• 🌱 Script Seed is a small project I maintain that provides boilerplate in many different scripting languages.
• 🐳 Container Immersion is a Docker tutorial I maintain.
• I've made minor contributions to some popular open source projects including jekyll/classifier-reborn, jekyll, rails and phpunit.
• 🏗️ I've recently gotten into 3D printing, and I share some of my OpenSCAD creations here on GitHub. Check out my 3D Logo and 3D Photo Frame.

NVM in zshrc loads bash completion

See if there is zsh completion or anything else that would be preferred.

git URL suggestion

Right now README.md contains:

5. Fix the git origin in the chezmoi directory.
     ```
     $ chezmoi cd
     $ git remote set-url origin [email protected]:mkasberg/dotfiles.git
     ```

Consider adding this to your ~/.gitconfig:

[url "[email protected]:mkasberg/"]
        insteadOf = https://github.com/mkasberg/

This means that:

• Before you have a ~/.gitconfig you'll clone from https://github.com/mkasberg/dotfiles.git.
• Once you have a ~/.gitconfig (managed with chezmoi, of course :) ) then you'll push/pull from [email protected]:mkasberg/dotfiles.git

Make dotfiles compatible with both Linux and macOS

• Grep for /home/mkasberg (and replace it) since it's different on macOS
• Make .zshrc compatible with macOS (e.g. fix /home/mkasberg)
• Make .bashrc compatible with macOS (possibly creating .bash_profile or other necessary files)
• Make .profile compatible with macOS
• Make a version of the application installer script for macOS
• Improve the prompting here to detect the correct platform
• Add .zprofile (which will contain some brew stuff)
• Update the README
