Compile sass via gulp

There are problems with using node-sass in Ubuntu 16.04. Switching to gulp seems to solve the problem.

There are problems in fetching database data if two task queries are same.

Use importance in task query or remove it

No toast is shown after doing, editing or deleting a task.

Task list should get updated if a new task is added, a task is edited, etc.
