beiwe_data_sample's Issues

Need a GPS anonymizing function

That takes a bounding box and removes all points within the bounding box. Then performs LOCF imputation with some small Gaussian noise. Then we don't lose rows, but the rows that are sensitive will be anonymized and info about when the timing information will still be correct.

Need more iOS data

Need the study settings for user `kiu5hvmv`

No actual data in repository

There is no actual data committed to the repository, i.e., no CSV files. Is this the intention? The README seems to imply the idea is to supply example CSV files in the same format as Beiwe produces.

/.gitignore contains *.csv which might be the culprit.

README Updates

Minor things that are nice to have but not urgent:

• A plot showing time lines of data collection by user
• A plot for each sensor/user showing a single 24h cycle (to get an idea of differences in amount of data collected)
• A GPS plot for each user
