Vorneweg: Der MCP23017 besteht quasi aus zwei Teilen. Teil A und Teil B mit jeweils 8 Ein- oder Ausgängen.

Beschreibt das Register mit dem gewünschten Bitmuster. Zuerst sollte festgelegt werden, ob wir jeweils 8 Ein- oder Ausgänge wollen oder bunt gemischt. Das geschieht mit EinOderAusgabe_A bzw.B.
