Branch: small-changes

This branch will fix a few bugs that Alex found

• Create toy example

• Fix IDs to be compatible with hypoDD. Less digits are needed

• Add tapering function

• add multiple components (e.g. 1 or 2)

• Fix CC_shifted: pre-allocated vector to account for variable CC lengths

• Update documentation

Branch : rewrite-C-code

In this branch we will rewrite the C code and the corresponding mex files

This will take some time.

Future Development

• Add function to calculate CC between template and detection. This will help to discriminate false detections.
• Fix parfor. Now it shows a warning message. Communication overhead. Not good.
• Implement C|C| from Gibbons, 2021 paper
• QC for templates
• Add more plotting options
