Bluetooth tethering as unrecognised network type

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up bluetooth tethering on some other device 
2. Connect to that device
3. Test using network tester

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A warning is emitted that the connection type was  not recognized. But test 
works well.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Last version on Google Nexus 5

Downloaded file is to small

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run test on various networks
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to do the job it was supposed to do.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.3

Please provide any additional information below.
Have run the application on many networks, and i always get the below error 
message
Constantly getting error message that the download file is to small.

Your help about does not list the version number
