Cannot run spufs

Despite the kernel module being loaded, I cannot get it to run:

[root@chiekku-ps3linux ~]# modprobe -v spufs
[root@chiekku-ps3linux ~]# lsmod | grep "spufs"
spufs                 153773  0 
[root@chiekku-ps3linux ~]# spufs
**bash: spufs: command not found**
[root@chiekku-ps3linux ~]#

I used both the goodrepos and cellsdk scripts to get everything set up. Programs build find, but I'm stuck at creating the file system.
