VS2015 and win7(64bit) get break image.

I have used this project in vs2015 and win7.
And same mp4 file.
Cant get video image correctly.

Hi,

I get this error when running the program (compiled using any combination of x86/x64/Debug/Release). I also tried multiple mp4 files.

The line is this:
