Create new pages for other future diseases /prevalent diseases

Describe the feature to be enhanced

The page for now only applies for coronavirus but finally aims to keep a template as such for different diseases or more preferably prevalent diseases like malaria and dengue.

Tasks

Create a template on which all the present pages can be accessed for their own respective diseases.
The content of this need not be given but it would be optimal for getting points by providing some information at least.

Expected behaviour post enhancement

Allow for switching between diseases and allowing for the navbar to collapse when a particular disease is selected.

Pertaining to how difficult this issue is you may ask the doubts you want.

Update the news tab

Describe the feature to be enhanced

The news tab at the moment uses an iframe so as to show the latest news. This is highly inefficient and does not look appealing.

Tasks

We wish for this to be solved by using web scraping as well as JS to update this with any changes and limit the number of articles on the website.

An additional feature would be the ability to have a pinned article done by the maintainer via a link.

The news tab must look more integrated into the website.

Update the UI of the website

Describe the feature to be enhanced

Currently, the website uses basic CSS and HTML, the Issue is set up so as to alter the background image as well update the navbar using Bootstrap and other tools.

Tasks

The website has to be appealing visually and must use Bootstrap and apply it for all the pages

Expected behaviour post enhancement

The expectation is for the website to be easy to use and great looking.
Going above and beyond would definitely help with getting brownie points.

Add more contact details and find a better way to share these details instead of manually doing it.

At the moment the contact page is quite lacklustre and is done manually. Using any technique either Web-scraping or anything else.

Tasks

Add contact details of the wards. Also, place these in a well-made container for design purposes.

The numbers should be relevant to the area and display this information in a more stylish manner.

Add a webpage (.html) to allow for the user to detect cases in the area

Describe the feature to be enhanced

Add a webpage HTML for users to detect coronavirus cases in a particular area based on the location using the navigator.geolocation using JS, a visual representation of this would be highly beneficial for people to be more aware of the disease.

Tasks

Add cards that tell total vaccinations, cases in an area, cases discharged, and different states vaccination.
Extra: travel restrictions of different states.
