Project Overview

This is a Backend of the refer & earn project(Nodejs).

Getting Started

Fork the repository at-https://github.com/mohit-bhandari45/Accredian-backend-task to your account Then clone the forked repository into your local machine

Then navigate to the cloned repository on your local system

cd Accredian-backend-task

ENV Variables

Make a .env file in the root directory. Add your SQL database username, password and database name to it. With that add your Email and Password.

DATABASE_URL=mysql://USER:PASSWORD@HOST:PORT/DATABASE
[email protected]
EMAIL_PASS=your-email-password

Frontend and Backend run

Navigate to the backend, install all the packeages by npm i and run individual servers by running these commands in different tabs

npm i
npm start

Enjoy you application now!
