Welcome to your Expo app 👋

This is an Expo project created with create-expo-app.

Get started

1. Install dependencies

   npm install

2. Start the app

    npx expo start

In the output, you'll find options to open the app in a

• development build
• Android emulator
• iOS simulator
• Expo Go, a limited sandbox for trying out app development with Expo

You can start developing by editing the files inside the app directory. This project uses file-based routing.

Get a fresh project

When you're ready, run:

npm run reset-project

This command will move the starter code to the app-example directory and create a blank app directory where you can start developing.

User Story: Account Management

As a user of the Mentorium app,
I want to view and manage my account information,
so that I can update my personal details and have the option to delete my account if necessary.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users should be able to view their current account information.
• Users should be able to update their personal details (e.g., name, email, password).
• Users should have an option to delete their account.
• Confirmations should be provided for account deletions to prevent accidental loss of data.

User Story: AI Mentor

As a learner,
I want to access a virtual mentor specializing in specific subjects,
so that I can receive personalized guidance and efficient learning support.

Acceptance Criteria:

• User can select a mentor based on subject area.
• User can engage in text-based conversations with the mentor.
• Mentor provides relevant information, explanations, and examples.
• Mentor offers study tips and strategies.
• Mentor adapts to the user's learning style and pace.
