It fully supports daylight saving time. That's a core feature of the IANA time zone database that we use.

Are you encountering a problem with it? Please supply some code or clarify if you are.

My apologies, the error is mine.
I was incorrectly calculating UTC time, and the overflow bled into the timezone/DST conversion.
Turns out, you can just use moment().utc()...

No problem at all. Also, if you need specific questions answered that aren't necessarily bugs, you can always report them on StackOverflow.com using the [momentjs] tag. That tag is monitored by myself and many others.
