Can you give the actual output and code you are running?

I just tried and it seems to work fine for me:

> moment().tz('EST').format()
"2013-08-05T16:05:21-05:00"

> moment().tz('MST').format()
"2013-08-05T14:05:24-07:00"

Also, note that using EST and MST may work, but it is probably wrong. Most places that use those zones are in daylight time right now. You should instead be using the full zone id such as America/New_York or America/Denver
