calendar() ignores tz value when calculating today/tomorrow/etc.

This was actually a bug in moment itself; see #17 here and moment/moment#946 in moment core. That's fixed in the latest release of moment.js, so can you grab that and retry?

Thanks icambron. That seems to fix the problem -- although moment-timezone's package.json has a dependency on moment version 2.1.0 so I now get a warning from npm ls:

npm WARN unmet dependency /Users/jdp/proto/node_modules/moment-timezone requires moment@'2.1.0' but will load
npm WARN unmet dependency /Users/jdp/proto/node_modules/moment,
npm WARN unmet dependency which is version 2.2.1

following the discussion here, i assume that it was a bug and was fixed in the updated versions, but right now, calendar function is undefined in moment-timezone object. or am i doing it wrong?
