volley-requests's Issues

Different types for posted and returned data

This is a suggestion mixed with a question.
I would like to POST and parse the returned request. Something along the lines:

Map<String, Object> body = new HashMap<>();
body.put("email", "[email protected]");
body.put("password", "s0m3P4s5w0rd");
Rest.one("auth")
       .put(body)
       .post(User.class)
       .request();

However this is currently impossible because the body and the parsed response are coupled. A decouple would be nice.

Is it possible to achieve what I'm seeking with volley-requests?

sorry need clear usage explanation for newbie

i read this code :

Rest.one("me")
    .get(User.class)
    .onSuccess(successListener)
    .onError(errorListener)
    .onCancel(cancelListener)
    .request();

i dont understand what succesListener is ? is it method or variable... sorry this is newbie question. thanks
