Add image-list generating index.php

It creates a dependency (obviously need to be deploying to a server with php) but it's a useful tool for smush.it.

Might be worth rewriting so:

• The core functions are in one place - perhaps somewhere under build-assets - and the index.php is just a container (makes it easier to update functionality)
• It reads subdirectories as well as the main directory

It could also be worth creating a sample .htaccess plus index page so this could be done directly through apache indexes.

Add .gitignore

With standard defaults.

Should we include Shadowbox?

Or does that create licensing/cost worries?

404 and other error templates?

Is it worth adding these in _static-templates? Or would it be dead wood?

Add expandable content script

From a previous project, expandable-content.js

Add generic zebra striping script

Standards

Add standards doc to the wiki on github?

Or use some sort of autodoc and build into the repository itself?

Data URI for template indexes

Could use this to create images (e.g. agency/client logo) in utility pages where extensive browser support isn't required.

Add script examples

Be useful to have functioning examples of included scripts somewhere.

Add script for clearing/replacing text in an input

Traditionally used on search inputs.

Should be able to retrieve this from another project.

Add useful form parts

e.g. select with country list
