Removing Magellan's 'sponsored by' block

I noticed Magellan has a sponsor block in the sidebar. Is there a good way to remove this, without diving into the innards? I keep my site checked into git, but ignore .meteor/local (as is the default).

Appreciate all the great free themes you guys have been producing BTW. I didn't notice the same insert in other themes. Are you OK with us removing it?

Approve action missing from telescope-theme-sm-palomar

I notice the approve action is missing from the Palomar theme. Is there a way to include it?

Themes are not working with Telescope v0.22.2

Steps to reproduce:

1. git clone https://github.com/TelescopeJS/sample-project.git
2. cd sample-project
3. meteor
4. Create initial admin user
5. Enter Embedly API key, set recommended Magellan thumbnail dimensions, and save
6. meteor add montecruiseto:telescope-theme-sm-magellan
7. Create a new post with URL/Embedly thumbnail
8. Note instances of the above exception in browser console when viewing the site

I do not see this issue occurring when using the Hubble theme with Embedly enabled.

I do not have a live site to demonstrate this problem, but it is easily reproducible using the above steps with a minimal local setup.

Video keeps on running in the background even after closing the video player.

I love this theme and started experimenting with it. When I click on the thumbnail the video player opens up in the lightbox. When I close the lightbox by clicking on cross button, the video still keeps on playing in the background as I can hear the audio. This situation becomes even worse when I close one video and click on another video to play - In this case both the apparently videos keeps on playing together.
