Preview script

Put this into your path at e.g. ~/bin/github-preview and chmod +x it.
Then github-preview someproject/Readme.markdown

textileやmarkdown等それぞれで使えるタグボタンを切り替える実装

textileの場合はpreを表示するなどができると良い

Fix pre button bug

文字が複数行になっている際に
選択範囲0の状態でpreボタンを押すと
既にpreで囲まれた状態であってもpreを設定してしまう為、修正が必要
