Thoughts need to be put into the design of ObjectFInder, so as it does not not work on the entirety of the experiment at once, but can work in "increments" - working towards a real-time solution.

The way it's written/thought of now. Is a class for which you load a picture, and the run findObjects. The class then controls all parameters for the task of finding those objects for which it should be able to function in a real-time solution, both in a pipeline or concurrent.
The way it determines the distance thresholds is not general though, but that's another issue ( #27 )
