Building backend whl file

README.md suggests using python3 -m build . to build the whl file.

this command fails on my machine

shouldn't we use something like :
python setup.py bdist_wheel --universal ?

Weird circle-dependencies to install backend 1.0.0.23

I had to install the following components in this order, till I was able to finally install backend:

pip install movai_core_shared-1.0.0.9-py3-none-any.whl 
pip install dal-1.0.0.26-py3-none-any.whl 
pip install gd_node-1.0.0.8-py3-none-any.whl

pip install movai_core_shared-1.0.0.10-py3-none-any.whl 
pip install dal-1.0.0.29-py3-none-any.whl 
pip install backend-1.0.0.23-py3-none-any.whl 

Maybe make dependencies versions to be >= instead of == ?
