Can we make this repo - the frontend files - available to everyone ?

[Configuration/app-ide-ce] Improvements

• The ce has additional key called scope in comparison to the ee. Which is duplicated information already provided in the url key.

url: global/Callback/something
scope: Callback

• In the app config, put the Languages key at the bottom of the configuration. The user have to go all the way down to change samples.
