Initial configuration

You need to install docker and docker-compose.

• docker
• docker-compose

Building

• docker-compose pull to pull the dependent images
• docker-compose build to build the image for the service

Getting started

To run the web service:

• docker-compose up

Move to query string for search queries

Recent searches list is not updated

[Prerequisites]:
Have some recent searches in the list

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Open https://dinopark.mozilla.community/org
2.Search for something (e.g. John)

[Expected result]:
The recent searches list should be updated

[Actual result]:
Chrome (Win 10): The list is not updated
Firefox (Win 10): The list is updated, but is not ordered (e.g. by latest search)

Update dino-* services to new profile v2

Partial search is not working

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Open https://dinopark.mozilla.community/org
2.Select the search box and search for a term e.g. Nic

[Expected result]:
All contacts which contain the searched term should be displayed

[Actual result]:
0 results

indicate staff status in search data

incorrect build instructions

I'd like to contribute to this project however:

Building

This doesn't appear to be a docker-compose project: docker-compose.yml is not present.

The list of recent searches is opened twice

[Preconditions]:
Perform some searches so the list of the recent searched is populated

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Open https://dinopark.mozilla.community/org
2.Tap the search button located in the navigation bar

[Expected result]:
The search field should be displayed and focused
The list of recent searches should be displayed

[Actual result]:
The search field is displayed and focused
The list of the recent searches is displayed->closed and displayed again

Android - Firefox for Android

[Note]:
Not reproducible on Chrome for Android

Fix index and type names in dino-park-search

Currently this is broken and defaults to public.

414 Request-URI Too Large error when searching for a very long term

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Open https://dinopark.mozilla.community
2. Search for a very long term (e.g. 1500 words)

[Actual result]:
414 Request-URI Too Large error

Support typos in search.

Searching for Lundon should show profiles with location_preference: London.

k8s'ize

Add k8s config files for a developer preview.

CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file missing

As of January 1 2019, Mozilla requires that all GitHub projects include this CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file in the project root. The file has two parts:

1. Required Text - All text under the headings Community Participation Guidelines and How to Report, are required, and should not be altered.
2. Optional Text - The Project Specific Etiquette heading provides a space to speak more specifically about ways people can work effectively and inclusively together. Some examples of those can be found on the Firefox Debugger project, and Common Voice.
