Throw error if `super().init()` is NOT called in `BaseTask().init()`

One of polymer's fundamental assumptions is that the user called super().__init__() in their BaseTask() subclass.

We should throw an error if the user does NOT call super().__init__() in their BaseTask() subclass.

Mac OS X: Polymer - AttributeError: 'py3_mp_queue' object has no attribute 'size'

While running Polymer version 0.0.33 on OSX (Python3.8), I got this traceback:
