• what is meda
• words cut off for labels of heatmap figure (iris)
• jitter instead of violin for violin plot on small data
• angle data labels automagically so they aren't cutoff (if possible)
• outlier plots shouldn't have alpha fixed, should display alpha value in the title
• add explanation of what is happening in each plot. I.e. for violin plot, what are parameters of the KDE. For outlier plot, what is happening under the hood, etc.
• Label cutoff for outlier plots (5)
• fix colours in outlier plot (and all?)
• make elbows more visible in scree plot.
• fix legend in scree plot
• missing "n" in variance above cumulative variance plot
• in pairs plot, fix title for less dimensions, allow user to pick which 8 dimensions they plot if they want, default to first 8.
• kde on diagonal of pairs plot
• legend explaining what each line actually means (i.e. EEE means nothing to me) for BIC plot
• make mean and level set more visible on mclust plot
• for big data matrices, can you show only some of the labels so they are readable rather than all but unreadable?
• better viz for 144 dim violin plots, same thing about labels
• QUR decomp for violin plots?
• opacity in outlier, different colour outlier line, outlier line on top of data
• make outliers different color (red?)
• gui suggested alternate to bic
• make clear what's going on when we only see a few lines, not all? jitter in x?
• tell me why things break when they do? i.e. mclust
