一、Project Env

start server command：

flask run

start a virtualments：

python -m venv ./venv/

avtivate the virtualments:

.\env\Scripts\activate

if the last step has err with the auth,please excute the next in role of root in windows powershell

get-ExecutionPolicy && set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned

pip list，show the env depends list

install flask：

pip install flask

freeze the requirements：

pip freeze > requirements.txt
