[Suggestion]: Dynamic dimension generation (at server runtime) for UHC

My server crash

• I am running a modpack
• I can reproduce this issue consistently
  • In single player
  • In multiplayer
• [1] I have searched for this issue previously and it was either (1) not previously reported, or (2) previously fixed and I'm having the same problem.
• I am crashing and can provide my crash report(s)
• I am using the latest version of the mod

SUGGESTION INFORMATION(i'm russian, so my language may be bad. You can tell, if something is not clear)

• Add option to turn on natural regeneration. One of my Modded UHC modpacks contains magic pvp mod. It adds a lot of things including class of healer. If there will be no option to turn on natural regeneration than healer will be imbalance and powerfull class.
• Add possibility to limit team size. It makes it easier to hold an uhc tournament.
• Add a command to run UHC lobby, instead of running it when world initializes. This allows test modpacks and allows people to prepare for tournament in singleplayer even with Ultra Hard Coremod.
• Solve problem when teams stuck in different dimension. For example:
  when there are only one team in each dimesion on server:
  - teleporting teams randomly in dimension where there were two teams.
  - if someone is not with his team and in different dimension, then depending on the dimension where everyone teleports to, his team either teleports to him or he teleports to team.
  when worldborder reached minimum:
  - teleporting teams randomly in dimension where is the bigger number of teams.
  - if someone is not with his team and in different dimension, then depending on the dimension where everyone teleports to, his team either teleports to him or he teleports to team.
