Make links work without JavaScript
There are few ways to do it.
First would be using <noscript> tag to wrap alternative <a href> without a fancy animation.

}However, <noscript> is spoofed by uMatrix, so that's not ideal.
Second way would placing <a href> in HTML and replacing it using JavaScript, I'm not going to write it down, sorry 🤷.
Don't use <a> as a dumb button
<a> should always be used with href, without it it's just a dumb button, which could be done with <button> or anything else.
Redirect to HTTPS
When accessing http://mrcyjanek.net/ it doesn't redirect to HTTPS.
<meta> tags outside <html>

Blank page after clicking back button
After executing cool_redirect() and going back, it will return black page in Firefox and WebKit browsers (doesn't seem to happen with Chromium?).
Redirect www to non-www version
For now it's just giving 403 Forbidden
