Welcome to the Repair Request Website for the MrFritz Luxury Apartments.

• We provide luxury apartments and penthouses for our exclusive clientele.
• Our amenties are second to none.
• We make sure your home is always kept in prestine condition.
• This web app provides a quick and efficient way to report any repair issues to management
• You can add comments to your repair ticket to keep track of it's status
• You can also see all the service tickets that have been entered from other residents
• Our Guarantee -- We promise to repair to your issue within 72 hours or we will pay you 10% of your rent each day until the issue is fixed!

II. Technologies Used:

• This is a full-stack application using the MERN stack: Node.js, MongoDB/Mongoose, Express and React.
• It uses at least two models with full CRUD
• Proper MVC backend structure (models, controllers, routes in separate folders)
• Uses React Router & React on the Front End
• Include sign up/login (authentication) functionality, with encrypted passwords & an authorization flow
• Uses Axios, local storage, and JWT tokens

• The Edit pages don't have the ability to mark the issue as resolved yet

V. Future Enhancements:

• The Edit & New Webpages need to be redesigned updated
• The Main Repair Needs buttons for filtering resolved & unresolved issues
• Add an Annoucements Section.
• Add the ability to make certain issues private so they can't been seen other residents
