use aws lambda powertools
This would help with #10 and make life easier
clean up workflows
Right now we don't use the built package in the deployment. This is mainly because the secrets like TELEGRAM_TOKEN are written into the deployment files. We need to find a way to secure the secrets while also being able to reuse the built serverless package
move to arm64
According to AWS it is more efficient.
Make sure to not forget to change it for the honeycomb layer

We should use the request_id or something and clean up the tracing. Right now it's more like regular logging where we log all the time.
