documentation is missing npm install step

In section https://github.com/mroch/baby-connect-alexa-skill#dependencies,
between yarn install and yarn run zip, I had to run npm install, otherwise the AWS console will report that it cannot find module alexa-sdk.

PS: thanks for the -otherwise- great step-by-step instructions

Support diaper details

• small/medium/large
• open-air accidents
• leaks

Support times

Every utterance should support an optional time, like "John started sleeping 10 minutes ago" or "John started sleeping at 7:45pm". If you don't specify one, use now.

Support feedings

Many parts to this:

• bottles
  • ounces
• nursing
  • time
  • left/right side
• juice

Ask for clarification

alexa-sdk supports state machines so we should be able to ask for clarification when info is missing. For example, if there's more than one kid, ask "Which kid?" instead of assuming the default or making you start completely over. Or for diapers, if you say "log a diaper", it can say "was it poopy or wet?" or "how big?"
