problem with !mouseover addon integration

using healcomm to see how mush my target is receiving heal works fine if I select the target before healing
but using !mouseover addon from https://github.com/shirsig/mouseover the is show the amount of heal I'll do on my target on my nameplate

ex I'm 'Healer' healing "warlock"

if my target is warlock the green bar of incoming healing will be on 'Warlock' nameplate : OK
if I have no target and I heal 'Warlock' with mouseover, then 'Warlock' is healed but the green bar of incoming healing is on 'Healer nameplate" : wrong as in raid other healers won't see that the 'Warlock' is receiving heal

I'm using both addons alone on a private 1.12.1 WOW server; both latest version from gtihub
